Flower essences channel plant energy in liquid form. Each essence offers unique support for various life transitions and balancing our energetic, emotional, physical, and mental bodies. A consultation takes around 2 hours, and involves sharing your current life themes, exploring essences that can offer support, integrating them through guided meditation & energy work, then taking a custom blend home to work with at your own pace.
