A virtual six-week long journey through dream incubation + interpretation for those who wish to enhance their emotional intelligence.

Program OVERVIEW

Emotional alchemy, or the art of following one feeling to another, invites us to go so far into a feeling, dream, or idea that it has room to shape-shift. Weaving together practices of dream journaling, parts work, and divination with tools like flower essences, herbal tinctures, and rituals, we will spend our six weeks together incubating our dreams. Working with the rich symbolism offered to us in our visioning and dreaming practices, we will transform "stuck" parts into open channels and invite room for integrating our dream worlds into our waking lives.

Participants will receive a kit containing a blank journal, crystal pen, custom Flower Essence blend, and a handmade herbal tincture upon registration.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE + FEES

We offer this program at a sliding scale, so participants can choose to pay a fee of $250, $450, or $650. The actual cost of the program is $450, including shipping + materials.

Our next cohort will meet on Zoom for six consecutive Wednesdays (6:30-8pm ET) from January 22- February 26, 2025.

Emma Fox

Founder & Emotional Alchemist

Emma Fox is the Founder of the Wild Ride Collective, and a lifelong vivid dreamer. Their deep capacity to feel the world, combined with their active dream life, has led them down a wild path of uncovering various practices for channeling unconscious and subconscious truths into conscious reality. Emma has been interpreting dreams, guiding meditation + journeys, and working with the magic of plants (both in essence and tincture form) for over a decade. Their background in contemplative, early childhood education invites a sense of play, magic, and wonder into their facilitation style that allows for joyful points of entry into the deep work of alchemizing our psychospiritual landscapes.
