PSCU

WHAT IS PSCU?

PSCU, or psychospiritual cleanup, is a multifaceted, ever evolving practice of emotional alchemy + TRUTH activation. We define PSCU as the necessary clearing + transmutation from ones psyche of the values, stories, patterns, and practices inherited from systems of oppression. It is tending to the inner ecosystem, cleaning up the gunk and pollution we find there, and restoring harmony to the pyschospiritual field. We invite you to attend PSCU at your own pace, and build community around what emerges from your studies in PSCU. Join the growing movement for psychospiritual health today!

Our Pathways of Psychospiritual Cleanup

These pathways emerged out of shared desire to build community around these specific areas of healing, divestment, and getting free. As we evolve and grow as a collective, so do our focal points for PSCU!

LIBERATE YOUR DOLLARS (LYD)

Along this pathway, we explore the intersections of white supremacy, capitalism, & cisheteropatriarchy. We consider wealth redistribution an essential component of our ancestral healing work. Throughout this pathway, we break down our “money stories”, or how we learned to relate to money, and move beyond philanthropy, creating divestment strategies that move not just our dollars but our belief systems and energy away from oppressive systems so we are free to invest in more sustainable futures!

BELLY TALK (AKA BAUBO COVEN)

This pathway invites us to consider a loving relationship to our bodies outside of fatphobia and reminds us how to worship the fat femme form. Through deep belly laughter + imagining queer futures, we romance our bodies, access embodied information, explore how our sensuality and sexuality can be implemented as a means of disruption, + discuss health beyond fatphobia + disembodiment.

Raising Radicals

This pathway is for parents, teachers, mentors, educators, and generally anyone concerned with the upbringing of future generations. Together, we look at how systems of oppression show up in our child rearing practices, and align ways of redirecting our energy into approaches that enable our children to come fully into themselves.

Creative Confidence

Here we explore how to infuse our activism, art, and healing with more play + magic to address high rates of burnout amongst changemakers. Through this pathway, we aim to strike a balance of dismantling systems of oppression with feeling confident in our ability to create systems of care.
